Patterson Parking ("we") runs pattersonparking.com. This page explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, phone, email, inquiry type, and anything you choose to add — event date, times, location, guest count, restaurant name or address, billing address, requested services, and your message.
• Job applications: your name, phone, email, and any notes you add.
• Basic technical data: our host and spam-protection service process your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and block spam.
• Site usage: Google Analytics sets cookies to tell us which pages are visited, how people find us, and whether forms are submitted. It does not receive anything you type into our forms.

How we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry or application, prepare quotes, and schedule service. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Cloudflare, and emailed to our team through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to block spam on our forms and is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy and terms. Google Analytics measures site usage; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

How long we keep it

Quote requests: up to 24 months. Job applications: up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
